This is a full body, low impact workout suitable for all fitness levels.



Consisting of everything you would normally do in a PBB signature class, the only difference is that you will be on the mat throughout the entirety of the class, and will be sections of cardio added in to get your heart rate up.

We will take your balance, technique and posture to the next level, whilst sculpting the body throughout your workout through the use of weights and resistance bands; working your muscles to fatigue.
