Q: So Keiser Master Trainer, how would you describe yourself in 3 words?
A: Powerful, energetic and a bit of a joker!

Q: When it comes to the science on the bike can you explain what WATTS and RMP are?
A: To get the most out of your workout there's two things that we need to understand. RPM stands for Revolutions Per Minute and WATTS is your Power Output, which is a combination of how fast you are going (RPM) and how much resistance U have on the bike (gears). 

Q: How many U-CYCLE classes a week would it take to see a difference in fitness? 
A: Indoor cycling burns A LOT of calories whilst also strengthening and toning your muscles, leaving them more defined. Seeing a difference in fitness is very personal as our bodies work so differently. I'd recommend a minimum of x1 class a week, if you want to get stronger 2 - 3 classes will do it. Just rest in between (cryotherapy is recovery go-to)! 

Q: What does your typical training week look like?

A: I combine strength training and plyometric work to improve my power on the bike but I also love any sort of group fitness and circuit training. 

Q: Life Mantra? 
A: The best view comes after the hardest climb.
