The course finishes with a jam-packed vinyasa class which introudces U safely into Inversions & Balances. Now we aren't saying U get on the mat for the gram but these postures do look pretty impressive, and getting upside-down is great for your circulation & instantly boosts your energy levels! These postures are intimidation and can easily be done wrong. Dee will help guide U safely into poses so U can always remain in control.
