Wake up and before U have a chance to overthink it, grab that gym kit & head down to see us so U can get that workout done! There are multiple benefits to training first thing and now we are excited to see U bright and early on Saturdays! 

Starting this weekend we've got X2 NEW classes. Nima Jam will be taking a heart pounding HIIT & Run at 08:15 - 09:00 and spin junkies join Layton Taylor for U-CYCLE at 08:30 - 09:15
