Belinda believes in a 360 approach when it comes to true wellbeing. Also practicing Indian head massage and being a student of psychology and neurology alongside her yoga teaching, allows her to create an experience in a yoga class which fuses fluid movement, mindfulness and a whole lotta awareness and love as to how we treat our minds and bodies.
