JOE PERKINS

Our resident body weight training specialist teaches gymnastic progressions for beginners, intermediates or for any one who wants to learn some cool new skills.


Think handstands, muscle ups, pistol squats, flags and those gymnastic bodies!
Using a combination of calisthenics body weight exercise and resistance training enables Joe to transform clients performance, strength, mobilty and aesthetics.
