PBB BURN

THIS IS TAKEN UP A NOTCH FROM THE PBB SIGNATURE. IT’S DYNAMIC, FUN, AND SUPER HIGH ENERGY WORKING YOU TO THE CORE.

This is PBB turned all the way up. Expect a full-throttle, high-energy session that pushes U deep into the burn zone. With seamless sequences and bursts of HIIT, U’ll move, sweat and sculpt from start to finish.

Fusing Dynamic Pilates, yoga flow and bodyweight training, this session doesn’t hold back. It’s infamous for its burn factor—torching up to 700 calories while building strength, control and a ballerina-worthy posture.

Please note this class is not suitable for suitable for pre or post-natal clients.

PBB BURN AND SCULPT

THIS IS A FULL BODY, LOW IMPACT WORKOUT SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

Consisting of everything you would normally do in a PBB signature class, the only difference is that you will be on the mat throughout the entirety of the class, and will be sections of cardio added in to get your heart rate up.

We will take your balance, technique and posture to the next level, whilst sculpting the body throughout your workout through the use of weights and resistance bands; working your muscles to fatigue.

PBB EXTREME SCULPT

A MUSICALLY DRIVEN, HIGHLY EFFECTIVE WHOLE BODY WORKOUT, DELIVERED IN TRUE PBB STYLE.

A musically driven, highly effective whole body workout, delivered in true PBB style. This intense, yet low impact full-body workout is designed to focus on controlled, isolated movements. The workout includes the use of ankle weights, tubular bands, thigh bands, hand weights and lots of energy to ensure you strengthen and sculpt your body whilst having fun.
