Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor, Group Head Chef and General Manager

 

Main duties to include: 

• Food delivery  

• Food preparation 

• Kitchen help in any needed  

• Respect the health and safety standard prestige 

• Receiving goods deliveries 

• Achieved the designed standards of cleaning 

• Fruits juice preparation 

• Juice service 

• Food preparation  

• Smoothie making 

• Daily cleaning of the kitchen and preparation area 

• Washing of kitchen utensils and equipment 

• Sorting, storing and distributing food items 

• Ensure Health and Safety and Food Hygiene legislation is fully met and adhered to 

• Ensuring all food and drink items are presented in line with the KXU brand standards 

• Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company.  

Reporting to the Group Spa Director

 

Main duties to include: 

• Taking spa bookings
• Ensuring all reception duties are completed hourly
• Carrying out Cryotherapy treatments
• Ensuring the highest level of service is given to all spa guests at all times
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ensure a relaxed, welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times
• Work towards and achieve sales targets as outlined by the Spa Manager
• Ensure the working environment is kept clean and tidy, adhering to the reception and relaxation area standards at all times
• Any reasonable extra requests by Spa Management

Reporting to the Group Spa Director

 

Main duties to include: 

• Take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service
• Interact with clients and promote beauty skincare products.
• Offer bespoke consultations and demonstrations tailored to the clients’ specific beauty requirements.
• Provide beauty treatments, facial and body.
• Drive a high level of sales for the department.
• Maintain impeccable counter standards.
• Be self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• Grow the current client base
• Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring comfort and maintaining a professional demeanour.
• Assess clients’ needs and create individualised treatment plans.

 

Required Experience / Qualifications 

• Have at least one year experience working within a salon environment and/or with a luxury service provider.
• Have up-to-date knowledge of current trends and techniques of the lash industry.
• Strong communicator and are keen to provide an elevated level of customer care.
• Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Fully qualified from an accredited course by ABT, Habia, VTCT, Guild of Beauty Therapists or any other insurable associations within the UK
