EVOLVE IS A 50-MINUTE FULL-BODY WORKOUT WHICH INCORPORATES STRENGTH AND CARDIO, PROVIDING TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING.

During EVOVLE U will be meticulously coached through functional movements in a varied workout which promises to take your fitness to the next level, getting U into elite shape. Expect to split time between a varied series of bodyweight and weighted workouts. Just when U think you’ve given it your all there’s a cardio finisher, designed to…well U know. But don’t worry, there will be elements of teamwork interwoven throughout so motivation and a competitive spirt will carry U through. In EVOLVE we promise nothing is left behind.

THE GAMES IS NO ORDINARY CLASS-PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FITNESS COLLIDE IN A CLASS THAT WILL THROW EVERYTHING AT YOU.

Physical and mental fitness collide in a class that will throw everything possible at you, including the kitchen sink – The GAMES is no ordinary class and the words “I can’t” or “I’m done” don’t exist – functional fitness based on elements of strong male/female training will bring out the competitor in you as you wield a sledgehammer, flip a tyre and push a sled, breaking through your endurance barriers. GLUTES AND CORE

A CLASS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO FOCUS ON TRAINING THOSE CHEEKS AND ABS IN A WAY THAT IS STRUCTURED AND METHODICAL. THIS CLASS WILL SHAPE, TONE AND STRENGTHEN YOUR GLUTES & CORE.

Prepare yourself for some core-killer and butt-busting moves in our new ass-kicking class, Glutes & Core. U will be guided through highly effective moves that will make you see results fast as you’ll be activating muscle groups which tend normally to be neglected. Ready to see and feel the change?
