HYROX is the biggest world series of fitness racing, and after its inception in 2017, it launched in the UK in 2021, sweeping the nation. Classes are designed to help you improve your performance in a HYROX event, or simply help you improve your overall fitness.
The classes are divided into two components – running and strength stations, to mimic the actual event. Each class focuses on 4 out of the 8 stations, alternating between the remaining 4 stations each session.
The stations include ; Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls.
All abilities are welcome to give their all in this mixed modality class.
