PBB SIGNATURE

A DYNAMIC, FUN, AND HIGH ENERGY CLASS WHICH DRAWS ELEMENTS FROM PILATES, YOGA AND BALLET BARRE CONDITIONING.

A dynamic, fun, and high energy (yet low impact). This is an upbeat sequence which flows. Yielding incredible results, it draws elements from Pilates, yoga and ballet barre conditioning. The PBB Signature gets into the deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral (global) muscles, working them to the limit giving you a tight, chiselled body. After just three or four sessions, you can expect long lean muscles, amazing posture and an incredibly strong core.

PBB BURN

THIS IS TAKEN UP A NOTCH FROM THE PBB SIGNATURE. IT’S DYNAMIC, FUN, AND SUPER HIGH ENERGY WORKING YOU TO THE CORE.

This is taken up a notch from the PBB Signature. It’s dynamic, fun and super high energy working you to the core! With an upbeat sequence which flows you will be challenged from the beginning to the end. Expect to get your sweat on with the interspersed HIIT intervals! You will see elements of Dynamic Pilates, yoga and bodyweight training. This class has been notoriously known for the the “burn factor” burning up to 700 calories. Expect a strong, lean physique with the posture of a ballerina.

PBB BURN AND SCULPT

THIS IS A FULL BODY, LOW IMPACT WORKOUT SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

Consisting of everything you would normally do in a PBB signature class, the only difference is that you will be on the mat throughout the entirety of the class, and will be sections of cardio added in to get your heart rate up.

We will take your balance, technique and posture to the next level, whilst sculpting the body throughout your workout through the use of weights and resistance bands; working your muscles to fatigue.

PBB EXTREME SCULPT

A MUSICALLY DRIVEN, HIGHLY EFFECTIVE WHOLE BODY WORKOUT, DELIVERED IN TRUE PBB STYLE.

A musically driven, highly effective whole body workout, delivered in true PBB style. This intense, yet low impact full-body workout is designed to focus on controlled, isolated movements. The workout includes the use of ankle weights, tubular bands, thigh bands, hand weights and lots of energy to ensure you strengthen and sculpt your body whilst having fun.
