Performance meets power in this ultimate test of fitness. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just ready to level up, this class is built to push U further. Expect a high-energy mix of running and strength stations, replicating the intensity and structure of the real event. Each session hits 4 of the 8 signature stations, rotating every time to keep U challenged and progressing.

Stations include: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls.

HIIT & RUN IS AN ADRENALINE-INDUCING WORKOUT WHICH IS SPLIT BETWEEN TIME ON THE TREADMILL AND FLOOR WORK.

This is high energy, high intensity – half treadmill, half floor, all-out effort.

On the tread, expect sprints, inclines and intervals that push U – whether U’re a seasoned runner or just finding your stride.

On the floor, it’s bodyweight drills, strength work and smart programming to build power, prevent injury and boost performance. Different muscle groups each day = full-body results.

THRESHOLD IS DESIGNED TO PUSH YOU (ALMOST) TO YOUR MAX AND HELP YOU BREAK THROUGH YOUR LIMITS, WORKING WITHIN 80 – 90% OF YOUR MAXIMUM HEART RATE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME.

Using ski-ergs, assault bikes, and bodyweight moves, Threshold pushes U to the edge — working hard in that 80-90% max heart rate zone for extended efforts.
