Almost two decades of practice and having been trained directly by Sri K Pattabhi Jois, who developed the popular Vinyasa style of Yoga referred to as “Ashtanga” – Saskia is living proof that no one should ever put limitations on their self. A childhood accident resulted in permanent restrictions for Saskia but that hasn’t stopped her achieving great things in the Yoga world.
Saskia is all about tradition and uses yoga as a healing practice and a way of breaking the boundaries of “perceived” constraints.
My mantra: A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it… it just blooms.
